From my trivia calendar today:
What major league pitching ace gave all his children names beginning witht the letter "K" -- the scorekeeping symbol for a strikeout?
Answer: Roger Clemens, who pitched for the Houston Astros, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays. His four sons are named Kody, Koby, Kory, and Kacy.
Now, Roger Clemens is a heck of a pitcher. Evidence would indicate that he's not much of a Dad, though. Shouldn't his wife have smacked Roger upside the head and given him a big glass of "wake-the-f*ck-up!" juice?
Kids with famous parents have a hard enough time in life at best; making them explain why their name is stupidly misspelled with a "K" every time they have to introduce themselves is cruel. They'll pretty much be saying "My Dad was a big league pitcher who used me and my brothers for vanity license plates."
I'm glad that Roger is proud of his achievements. He should be. But aren't your kids supposed to live their own lives instead of being poster children for their parents?

You should know better, Roger
